These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Timber & Roast Inc. website and subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description: Timber & Roast provides a recurring coffee subscription service. Subscribers receive freshly roasted coffee beans or ground coffee delivered to their specified address on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. All coffee is roasted in Vancouver, BC and subject to availability.

Subscription & Billing: Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees for addresses outside the Lower Mainland. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trade dress, is owned by Timber & Roast Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability: Timber & Roast Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or service, including but not limited to allergic reactions, shipping delays, or taste preferences. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Taste & Preference: Coffee taste is subjective and influenced by brewing method, water quality, grind size, and personal preference. We cannot guarantee that every customer will enjoy every roast profile. Our satisfaction guarantee allows for replacement or refund on first orders only.
